Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Ready-to-ship prints: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom or commissioned pieces: Ship within 2–4 weeks after completion and final approval.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Coupeville, Washington via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on package size and destination.

Every order includes tracking and insurance for the full value of the artwork.
Larger flat or canvas pieces are securely packaged using rigid mailers, reinforced cardboard, and protective wrap to prevent bending or damage.
Currently, domestic U.S. shipping only is available.

Estimated Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are based on product size and include protective packaging materials.

All shipping prices include a small buffer to account for postal rate fluctuations and packaging material costs.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your package appears delayed, please contact USPS directly or reach out to SKD Artworks for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All artwork is shipped insured through USPS. In the rare event your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Sarah Dirig at SKD Artworks within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. I will work with USPS to file a claim and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

Returns

Please note that custom artwork and commissioned pieces are not eligible for return once work has begun. For additional details, please review the Refunds & Returns Policy.
