Once your piece is finished, you’ll receive a final preview email before your portrait ships safely to its new home!

Processing Time:

Standard turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks for most pieces with one pet. However, please keep in mind that processing time may vary depending on the size and complexity of your artwork.

For larger or more detailed pieces, processing time may extend to 2–3 weeks, especially if additional customization or special requests are included. Due to the handmade nature of each artwork and potential increases in demand during peak seasons, turnaround time may occasionally extend to 3–4 weeks depending on the artist’s workload.
