SKD Artworks Digital Gift Card

Give the gift of original art with an SKD Artworks Digital Gift Card. Gift cards may be used toward eligible artwork, products, or custom commissions from SKD Artworks, subject to availability and the terms below.

Delivery & Redemption

After purchase, the gift card will be delivered electronically by email and will include a unique gift card code.

Gift cards may be redeemed:

• Online at the SKD Artworks website by entering the gift card code during checkout; or
• Toward an eligible custom order arranged directly with SKD Artworks by contacting skdartworks@gmail.com and providing the applicable gift card code.

For custom commissions, availability, pricing, turnaround time, shipping costs, and commission-specific terms will be confirmed separately before work begins. Purchase of a gift card does not by itself reserve a commission date, guarantee availability, or establish the final price of a custom artwork.

Gift Card Terms

SKD Artworks Digital Gift Cards:

• Do not expire.
• Are not subject to inactivity, dormancy, or service fees.
• May be used until the full available balance has been redeemed.
• May be applied toward purchases exceeding the gift card balance, with the remaining amount due through an accepted payment method.
• May retain an unused balance after a partial redemption, subject to applicable law.
• Have no cash value except where cash redemption is required by applicable law.
• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly permitted by SKD Artworks.
• Cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, or special offers unless the applicable promotion expressly allows it.

Gift cards are intended for use with SKD Artworks only and cannot be redeemed through or transferred for use with another business.

Lost, Deleted, or Unauthorized Gift Card Codes

Please treat the gift card code like cash. SKD Artworks is not responsible for gift card codes that are lost, deleted, misdirected, disclosed to another person, or used without the purchaser's or recipient's authorization, except as otherwise required by law.

If you believe your gift card email was not received or need assistance locating an unused gift card, please contact skdartworks@gmail.com. SKD Artworks may request reasonable information to verify the original purchase before providing assistance or replacing a gift card code.

Refunds & Returns

Except where otherwise required by law, gift card purchases are final and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Purchases made using a gift card remain subject to the return, refund, cancellation, and custom-order policies applicable to the item or service purchased.

If an eligible refund is issued for a purchase originally paid for with a gift card, SKD Artworks reserves the right to return the applicable amount to the original gift card or otherwise provide store credit, except where another method is required by law.

Additional Terms

Gift cards may not be reproduced, altered, sold for unauthorized commercial purposes, or obtained or used fraudulently.

SKD Artworks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review gift card transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, payment disputes, or other unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Gift card use is subject to the SKD Artworks policies in effect at the time of the applicable purchase, provided that no subsequent policy change will reduce the monetary value of a valid gift card or otherwise limit rights provided by applicable law.
